(Click only one appropriate option)
(a) I am a member of the Singapore Armed Forces on full-time training or service outside Singapore;
(b) I am a public officer/an employee of the public authority, employed in full-time service outside Singapore;
(c) I am a public officer/an employee of the public authority, on full-time training outside Singapore;
(d) I am a citizen of Singapore of not less than 21 years of age on full-time training outside Singapore that is sponsored by the Government/the public authority;

As you can see ...public authority , government and saf employees are good to vote outside singapore, no matter how long they stay out.
This is no fun....never mind I will fly back to Singapore and go out again to qualify. Some annual leave coming again
