CSJ demands preferential treatment

  This seems to be his tactic -
  
  expect special treatment, in this case, to submit single affidavits for dual suits (instead of what everyone else does; i.e. 2 for 2), and when it gets rejected makes a statement that says the courts are 'arbitrary' when dealing with ex PMs.
  
  I think it's clear he does not intend to take on the 2 ex PMs. That's probably a smart move, after all, he'd be going into a battle of wits, unarmed.

  Can we ignore this guy? We have had the same clown performing the same show for too long. I think the whole circus should be dismissed and the animal sent to the zoo.

  Very strange. It seem every step from the time Chee was sued until now, there will be 'stories'.
  
  1. His first antics was to shout 'where is the money' of all things, when shouting 'where is the (economic) recovery' may seem better.
  
  2. When lawyers wanted to give him the lawyer letter, he happen to be running around, going by backdoor of the SDP office and finally forced the lawyers to give him the letter at a SDP rally which he took the chance to berate these 'PAP agents'.
  
  3. When he hearing started, he happen to be away.
  
  4. When he finally got the hearing, he happen to file one instead of two affidavits, two for the price of one.
  
  To think that he is trying to avoid meeting MM and SM in court seems more likely now, but maybe also he knows he can't run away at the end so he may also be creating all these 'stories' to gain political capital.

  if the Judge , says that CSJ is not guilty , do u think , the judge will still have his job?

  Chief Justice is MM Lee's good friend , and Professor Jayakumar ,Minister for LAW also under MM Lee...
  
  Wahahahahahahah , Singapore is MM Lee's Territory..don't fool around..
  
  You all can forget about this 680 km 2 of land, go somewhere else or taiwan
  this land is reserved for PAP for next 100 years to come..
  
  MM Lee controls the military,police and the ISD ...
  CSJ to them...nothing more then a dust who plays confrontational politics
