This is an open ended question. There is no right or wrong answers and we do not need abusive attacks on another's idea.
a) Do you all think that Asean countries should proceed to tighten loose ends by having a joint-security act against terrorism?
b) Do you think a joint-regional tourism through land, sea and air by restructuring infrastructure to improve traffic will help to boost our economy?
c) Should we implement exclusive visas in Asean such that frequent flyers can go through the region with less problems?
d) Should Singaporean investors think abroad, especially in SEA for investment in education such that it will benefit the region and Singapore? -

Ideas do not have to coincide with reality. If you are talking in Singapore's perspective, I think it is only beneficial to us to integrate our economy, in whichever sector, whatever means with Malaysia or Indonesia or the whole ASEAN.
This is my view for our mid- term economy strategy.

B) For the whole region, yes. Joint-development is a positive sum game. The problem however is the sharing of the benefit. Without agreements however, it maybe likely that Singapore may lose out after such joint-development. As such, in this case, Singapore losses out. However, determining the benefit and deciding on how to share the benefit is a complex issue which is likely difficult to work out and hence will take a long time before any work can start.
C) There is already an APEC business visa I believe. However, it seems to be not well in use.
D) For common knowledge, why not? If you don't do it, someone else will. For exclusive knowledge, probably not. But do we have any exclusive knowledge?
