One day, the devil ask the God why u treat that Country Singapore so well?
It got no natural disasters,the people are living in a stable government control,the people are so talented and living in a comfortable lifestyle,compared to other countries-----say the Devil.
"This is not fair!!!" ,said the Devil.
The God not smile and say he treated every countries that he created equally,there is not biased againest anyone.
Jus look at the neighbours i have given to this country,can be describe in one word in hokkien "Dong Buay Diao" cannot withstand!

somehow i find australia and new zealand is better, they have city and the beautiful great outdoors. damn i just love the pretty pine trees, the cascading waterfalls and fresh air. life here is simply shuttling from building to building,stay home or get out to the streets and get your share of vehicle exhaust. meanwhile i can only admire the scenery from my screen... AHHHHHHHHH

what matters is how do YOU see yourself! if u think u can't survive here, what makes u think that u'll make it anywhere else?
yeah sure, scenery's better, land's cheaper, life's less stressful... u could just herd sheep and plant wheat for a living... as if farmers don't have to worry about falling government subsidies, falling prices, crop failure, high costs of genetically modified seeds and chemical fertilizer, crop and lifestock diseases, waste disposal, taxes, bills, overheads, etc, etc, etc...
its a hard life everywhere and it boils down to what kind of life u want yourself to lead. there is no fixed standard about how people should live...
the only freedom a man has is the freedom to CHOOSE how u want to live and u work your ass off to reach that goal or u don't complain that your life sux.
stayer or quitter? as if u need the government to teach u which one u should belong to...
i think the PAP knows that they can no longer deliver the same kind of prosperity across the board and opportunities are drying up locally. so i think they'll be quite pleased if some of us actually do move away and find new opportunities abroad...
they want the "global citizens" to keep their pink IC of course... but whether we do or not is essentially our choice to make...
either way, i think its only right that there should be no hard feelings on the part of either party
