  STOMPer Acheron was watching the 11pm news on Channel U when a 'ghostly' image of a baby appeared on the screen.
  
  Said the STOMPer:
  
  "It looked so much like a baby ghost face."

  From the video sent in by the STOMPer, there seems to be a facial image of a child on the screen of the television just behind the newscaster.
  
  The left eye, part of the nose and mouth were visible.

  I looked at my TV screen and saw an image too.

   

  Oh wait.

   

  That was my reflection.

  MEANS ITS RECYCLED FILM AND DATA....TIMES ARE BAD...THEY ARE REUSING THEIR FILMS TOO MUCH.

  The baby got dark ring around the eye. Didn't sleep properly.
