both countries will be obliterated....never look down at the Russian warmachine... -
Lots of factor involved you have not mentioned....
Geographic: Region of conflict. Where does the war take place? It affect the logistic, support, troop movement
Motives : What is the nature of the conflict.... minor land squabbling? or all our war... It will affect morale, nation commitment level and even foreign support
Victory: What is the victory goal? What constitutes a victory in this case? Again we may have to examine motives......
There is whole lot of other factors to examine too.......
This is really a difficult question to answer.....given the amount of information.... but one thing is for certain, there is no true victor in war....
