Eating earthworms during outfield

i heard that in the US, soilders are trained to eat earthworms when they are outfield for a very long time after they have run out of food.
usually they have a special way to force all those earthworms out of the ground.
interesting isn't it? -
usually they got MRE , meals ready to eat lar

nothing special,some even eat bugs and snakes and etc.

chicken and rabbit also

leaves and tapioca also

stamping on the ground can force earthworms to come out but the most funniest thing i seen during JCC, was seeing my platoon mates eating Fried Earthworms with Beetles. Haha. My friend managed to smuggle some cooking oil. lucky for him sia

Well,can try pour water into the soil,and then use electiricty from a vehicle battery linked to two metal prods to "shock" the worms out.

Neway, any one ate cicada before? I remember when I was in brunei, I was cooking maggi mee when a bloody cicada flew into my noodles...my #$%^ buddy covered it up so I just bit into it w/o knowing...basket... -
