Yes, there is (I think). There is this English guy who bought a deactivated Ultimax and he had a web page on it. including photos of stripping it, if I remember correctly. Can't remember the exact weapon terms....
To strip a SAW, you need to remove the magazine first, then cock-check-clear.
Then remove the butt & push the right button to release the catch.
Remove the inner components & push down the spring & you separate the two items.
Now hold the item with the bolt carrier & firing pin.
Release the bolt cam pin holder & the firing pin comes out.
Take out the bolt cam pin.
Layout the weapon properly & shout "SAW stripped". -

that is probably the EASIEST weapon to strip... its like a miniature MG... remove the butt, remove the butt-plate and the bolt + bolt carrier will just s-l-i-d-e out when u push the cocking lever.... its THAT easy...
the complex part comes when u need to strip the gas regulator... but that's really easy as well... the problem is not with the procedure, but with the teeny weeny parts... don't lose 'em
but the gas regulator isn't really a part u need to dismantle all the time anyway... -
SAW gas regulator take out easy, but be careful when you put back. If you put the wrong end back, the weapon will jam, then need to send for repair. Then your CSM/PS/SC even the armskote will fcuk you left right center.

Just some trivia here...Did you know that the Ultimax SAW was used and evaluated by the US Marines in 1984-1986 when they were looking for a lightweight, portable machine gun which could fire 5.56mm rounds.
