When it comes to C4ISR capabilities, it is still the largely unanimous concensus among international analysts that Singapore has one of the most advanced systems in Asia. Being able to take aerial photos is almost a given in any modern armed forces these days; we shouldn't be surprised that Country M has such an ability. The real question is when it comes down to the crunch, will the enemy's communications infrustructure still be left standing by our cyber warfare capabilities to make use of those aerial photos.

the Israelis almost lost the Yom Kippur war becos of the attitude of complacency among the military after they won the 6 Day war. If it wasn't for the tenacity of 2 unit resisting the arab troops in the opening hours of the war, there might not be an Israel today. These 2 units were dug in in GOlan Heights, and one unit was almost completely decimated. -

Yep, there is enough commerical satelites operators in US, French and Russia ...etc .. that provide very detail pictures of any location at a good price. You have money also can get them to take the pictures for you.
