If you liked video of that....
Those are most probably 7.62 or at the most 12.7mm miniguns.
You should see a 20mm Vulcan or the 30mm GAU-10 fire.
Multiply the video you see x 3 and you get some idea of those. -
is it those used on the AH-64? cause i saw a video of an apache blowing up someone using it's gun, pretty much once the round hits the ground, the person shatter into a few million pieces like that sad sticky bomb user in saving private ryan

u guys should have watched Monster Garage.....Jesse James got pissed with one of his creations...he got out an SUV...and a minigun came out of the modified sunroof....all u can here is 'weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet' and the kabooms of the victim...brings a whole new meaning to..'holey shit'...hehehe -

Anyway,the scene where the chopper is firing the minigun with tracer ammunition seems like it is spitting flames with a aerial flam-thrower.Damn...even if the gunner is not accurate,the number of rounds fired sure makes up for the lack of accuracy.
But weapons like the Minigun zaps out like 6,000 rounds a minute right?So there must be a helluva load of ammo up there.

Actually there are examples of M113 carrying Gatling Gun 20mm (6-barrels rotating) called vulcan cannon. It is a kind of air-defense gun to be self propelled by M113. Countries like South Korea use it.
I think in general we call this kind of many barrels rotating gun Gatling Guns?? -
is it the incendiary rounds or tracers rounds?

Well,am wondering if it is really suitable to arm a M113 with a Vulcan chaingun for air-defense purpose.If I'm not mistaken,it fires at what,6,000 rounds per minute?That is a helluva high rate.How can the ammunition be stored or supplied?And its a gun,it will have to be able to constantly track and aim ahead of the incoming jet to be able to hit anything...just my 2cents...

What is 6000 rounds of ammo to a matchbox? THe matchbox is used to fire motars too. Look at the israelis, they did it with a vulcan cannon. -

Have used or are still using M163 Vulcan SPAAGs, or the Towed version.
The M163 has a total load of 2,280 20mm rounds, and fires at a rate of :
1000 / 3000 RPM
1K RPM is used against ground targets and 3K for air.
Max eff. AA range = 1.2 km
Max Ground range = 3 km
Indirect range = 4.5 km
And as to HOW it can store 2,280 rounds....
1,180 ready to fire, and 1,100 in reserve.
