  - Singapore;
  over Pedra Branca in the Singapore Straits.
  
  - Thailand;
  over demarcation of some areas on the Thai-Malaysian border and border crossing terrorist activities;
  
  - Spratleys chains
  Malaysia's claim to islands and atolls in the Spratleys chains conflicts with those of China, Taiwan and Vietnam.
