forumers here, u guys maybe die-hard soldiers... but sometimes do u think the higher-management in the service doesn't think about the welfare of the men below? it may not be true for army and air force but very true for the water boys.
do mindef or any of the 3 service have a channel for feedback to the brass at the higher hierachy? as there are any views on the policy made by the higher hierachy and affects the men greatly, don't the men deserve a chance to provide feedback?
feedback through the officers will leads to no way, as nowadays most officers above you will dare not challenge the views or thinking of his superior.
i do hope the saf provides a channel for feedback from its rank and files as ultimately who wins the war?
