If you are travelling to Europe, they can be bought at any department store or duty free. But be careful to pack it into your checked-in luggage, as security may confiscate this item from your hand luggage.
Or try one of the big department stores in Singapore.
I believe it retails between British pounds 9 to 12. Around SG$ 30. -
