  Hi all...
  take the following as a scenario,foreign agents from up north has sabotaged some of our installations,they were caught and executed in public to be witnessed by all and is even videoed and broadcasted worldwide.Now,our frens up north are pissed off,and orders and invasion of S'pore to show us who's the boss and to show that they are no pushovers,but mosy importantly to remind us that we are just a small little dot.
  
  You are the CDF...its your call on what is to be done to protect the island state,what would you do?

  Firstly we won't do something as barbaric as that.Rather keep it within the criminal system.
  
  Secondly, if we have caught and executed these people for sabotage lawfully, and their nation wants a military retaliation, we can declare that we are acting in self-defense against an announced threat, thus paving the way for the threat of surgical strikes to pre-empt the attack.

  first thing . . .get a life. war itsn't a game. stop your wet dreams about having a war.
  
  2nd . . . since when do we ever execute anybody in public? not to say foreign agents.
  
  3rd. . . if i were the gov, i won't be so stupid to kill the agents and cause a diplomatic breakdown. Instead i would prefer to settle it in lawsuits through the icj.

  u noe i really wanted to laugh my head off when i read this post regarding SG Governement executing foreign agents in public..Did u take such material from some hollywood flick or storyline again Mr SpecOps87 ?
  
  I really hope that it was just mindless chatter you would like us to get into and not a serious complementation of thought that you actually belived that our government will engage in such a uncivilised act of executing criminals in public.
  
  Really sometimes i question your rationale for such post, if your really into special operations because of the gungho image they protray or you do belive you can make a difference. Wait till u join the Army ,then u decide if SpecOps is everything. PS not everyone shares the same fervent madness as u in speical operations. the more you talk with your future platoon mates regarding such issues, the more they will belive your just day dreaming

  Singapore won't do that to piss off EVERYONE..especially in united nations

  Malaysian government wouldn't risk a war whereby a few lives is concerned over the fate of it's population.

  In fact, i think the chances war between singapore and malaysia is limited

  Nothing to be gained from invading singapore. I think they rather invade Brunei.
