Defence Executive Officers (DXOs)

As per requested, I've decided to post this here instead of Military Nuts forum...
Hey everyone...just wondering what kind of jobs are these? I saw the website and I'm kinda intrigued by what they actually do. I suppose they are considered NUSAF (Non-uniformed SAF) personnel? I do wonder if the pay is good or not leh...thinking of trying...any advice or knowledge of DXO out there? Much appreciated!
