Yes soviet is indeed interested in conducting espionage in tiny Singapore. They are interested in the wide varities of food we have here. They want the secret recipes of Katong Laska, Chilli crabs, Mee sIam, satay and a lot more .Originally posted by want to know:Sorry but i don't understand why would the Soviet be interested in conducting espionage in tiny Singapore. What useful information could they get out of Singapore? Singapore is just a tiny little country which is of no threat to the Soviet Union.
Could it be that the Soviet are interested in World Domination (Hegemony)? Are they planing to liberate Singapore and the entire world?![]()

In other countries,a privale letter fr US Ambassdor to that country,
or from Secretary of State or the most fr President of US can make
the boy released. Then the head of that country will be invited by US
President to visit US.
Look!Dunt just talk talk,do some home work and think.
Sg can ,and has said NO to many countries, incl US.

For that matter, I think he is insane. While we agree that terrorism needs to be stopped, we may not approve of Bush's methods. He is putting everyone between a rock and a hard place. Support him and you are approving the abuse of human rights by US troops. Don't support him and you are seen as being sympathetic to terrorism. However, Malaysia is opposed to war in Iraq, but still remains cordial with the US.Originally posted by hyuuga neji:with the free trade agreement hanging in the balance...

That is why I sometimes wish the Ottomans had discovered America instead of the Europeans. If the Turks had turned those Red Indians into followers of Allah, there wouldn't have been all the tensions in the Middle East caused by US meddling.Originally posted by Ito_^:dats becuz us cannot afford to have another muslim nation going nuts against them. they may oppose but not to the point they start screaming anti-us slogans.
