the atom bomb on hiroshima is 0.3 megaton... the warheads used by US on its minuteman ICBM FFF warhead is 2.5 to 3.5 megaton.
there is NO thermonuclear warhead that exceeds more then 6 megaton... except maybe for experimentation... but then no one is dumb enough to waste so much nuclear material on a stupid test.
lastly... a 5 megaton warhead has an effective killing radius of 5km... -
they may have dropped the bombs in hiroshima, but they didn't destroy the entire island.
