  Hmm... finally some kind of DARPA style solicitation by DSTA

  Well, the problem is how many people have the capability to provide solutions? Any show of hands to how many understand the problems?

  A very brave DSTA!! It show that DSTA's head is not so hot to think
  that they can do anythings.Or it will be economic to hire short term
  helper to solve some speciality problems instead hiring
  permanent staff.
  
  Some people want to help---national services but with good reward---
  but no need to be tired down.
