HK girl shot : Aceh handiwork or Indon army ?

A Hong Kong woman who was shot in the neck in Aceh has arrived in Singapore for treatment Eva Yeung Yee Wan, 27, was shot in the left side of the neck when she was travelling in a car.
She was a delegate was in Aceh coordinating and distributing relief materials.
Doctors say the bullet hit the bone of Ms Yeung's neck but missed major arteries and organs. She is currently conscious and in a stable condition.

Anyway, Aceh is not a safe place, to begin with. It was already torn apart by civil war before the tsunami struck. The people deserve our sympathy.

Difficult to say who is the culprit. GAM and TNI both ruthless in Aceh, both also committed human rights abuses in the name of the cause.
