those are not news anymore? if one notices, not much reply or even discussion were in those topics. some not even one reply.
best part some or most source are from ST web page.
it a coy. rolling $$$ into some despot pockets. how many are really in the market now or i should say how many are used by the SAF now? if local are not using why should others?

well, some are made primarily for export . . .
many other countries do similar do pretty much the same thing too.
Take for instance, france . . .they create the amx 40 just for export. Not a single one was ever purchased by the french gov.
And not forgetting that alot of the products are conceptual products . .show casing the implementations of the latest technology into a weapons system.
Reason for them to do that is well . . .to fatten up their pockets of course . . .and to promote all their latest technology to prospective customers, lenghen their resumes. Think about it, who will want to look at a company which only deals with weapons one generation behind time?
As for the out dated info . . .we really need more participation from the rest lah. If you find any new reports around the world, post it. Sometimes i hardly have time to go foruming these days.
