Same case as the M60A3 MBT. Tried to look for Acrobat Reader files on US Arms Transfers to Singapore but could not find anything. However I strongly believe that the SAF has a quantity of M60A3 MBTs delivered from US Marine surplus in service as well.

Perhaps US Army surplus... But the US Marine Corps started to decommission their M60s in the late 1980s and it was logical for the SAF to acquire operational tanks straight from them instead of having to pay more reactivating older US Army M60s as the M1 Abrams was already entering service in large numbers by then.Originally posted by LazerLordz:Marine surplus?Now that's something I've not heard before..
