Experimental Planes

Does Singapore have any experimental planes. By this i do not mean that we are developing new types of aircraft, what i meant is that we make some modifications to existing aircraft in our inventory to test out certain technologies such as what NASA have been doing for some time. Singapore have a relatively advanced aerospace industry so modifying old aircraft to test out new concepts is rather feasible. Info anyone?

some of us really think too highly of ourselves. do you really understand how much resources are needed to go into this aerospace research? even countries in europe have to pool their resources together to achieve something. -
The equipment and aeroplane scientists are very expensive , and there must be crazy people who dare to put money in a hole which returns explosions or many crashes before any real products gets developed.
