In my opinions, I really hate the Malaysian Malays' views, or maybe those who holds hatred views towards singapore.

Aiya they have been played by their government for years. Their government is using racial issue , religous issue and political issue to play their pple , sibei unfair to other races and neighbouring countries.Sometimes cannot blame their pple lah.( all puppets )

Malaysia sends official protest to Singapore
KUALA TERENGGANU: Malaysia has sent a memorandum of protest to the Singapore Government for continuing to carry out activities on Pulau Batu Putih, Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar said yesterday.
He said the official protest, the latest over the disputed island, was sent on Tuesday.
“We have been sending official protests to the Singaporean government from time to time, and it will be an ongoing exercise if Singapore continues to carry out activities on the island,” he told reporters after opening a one-day seminar “Women in the Globalisation Era” here yesterday.
He said Malaysia’s view was that since Malaysia and Singapore were engaged in a dispute over the sovereignty of Pulau Batu Putih, the area should remain as a “free zone” until concrete settlement by the International Court of Justice at The Hague to prevent any conflict between both countries.
He also said Malaysian authorities would be stationed near the area to monitor the island.
Syed Hamid said Malaysia felt that the island belonged to Malaysia and until the ICJ decided otherwise, Singapore had no rights to carry out any activity in the area.
He said Malaysia had compromised a lot in handling the issue not because it was weak but to avoid any conflict with the republic. He said Singapore should not handle the matter lightly.
On Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir MohamadÂ’s statement that Malaysia would fight back hard against foreign governments which wanted to use the country to launch pre-emptive or forward defence, Syed Hamid said the statement reflected MalaysiaÂ’s firm stand that it would not allow any power to violate Malaysia.
He said Asean had been a stable region with good relationships among member countries and the Government would continue to maintain the relationship and respect the sovereignty of other neighbouring countries.
Meanwhile in Muar, Johor police have advised the public, including members of political organisations and associations, not to take unnecessary risks by going to the disputed Pulau Batu Putih off Pengerang to support MalaysiaÂ’s claim over the atoll.
Johor police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Mukhtar Ismail said police respected their patriotic spirit and good intentions, but their venturing into the open seas in fishing trawlers posed many dangers.

when the sipadan islands were in dispute between malaysia and indonesia... malaysia still carried out their activities and build structures on the islands regardless of protests and complaints by the indonesians.....
so... i dont really know what position are they in to protest also... they didnt care about indonesia's feelings...why should we heed malaysia's feelings also? talk about being neighbourly indeed..

i had a fantasy that a lot of "patriots and journalists" of theirs come down in many many boats, sampans or others... den got near to the ROCK. den Mother Nature suddenly throws a huge thunderstorm at them and sink them all....
of course they didn't drown lar... den the RSN and Coast guard of Singapore go to their rescue much much faster then their own people...
den they know that they were only the ECONOMICAL EXPENDABLES of they own country.

ever thougt abt the fact that maybe its not they dun want to send ships there but its because they will be stretch very thin if they do? remember they got alot of coast to patrol. .

DILI - Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Tony Tan on Wednesday urged Malaysia to be 'wise' and to restrain its state vessels from further intrusions into Singapore waters at Pedra Branca.
If not, the KL government will have to bear responsibility if its actions lead to more tension and a higher risk of unintended incidents.
Dr Tan sounded this warning just two days after he took a strong stance in Parliament against the neighbour's violations of Singapore waters.
There had been a spate of five intrusions last week by Malaysian Navy and marine police vessels, up from three in the last week of last month, he had told the MPs.
Yesterday, during a visit to Timor Leste, formerly East Timor, he told reporters: 'I hope the Malaysian government will be wise and restrain Malaysian state vessels from making further intrusions into our territorial waters of Pedra Branca.
'If such intrusions continue, the Malaysian government will have to bear the responsibility if actions by Malaysian vessels create a tense situation on the ground or increase the risk of unintended incidents.'
He was on a one-day visit to Singapore peacekeepers deployed in Timor Leste under United Nations auspices. UN peacekeepers were stationed there after anti-independence militia launched a bloody rampage through the former Indonesian province in 1999.
Timor gained independence last May, and is now rebuilding itself.
Singapore has deployed about 250 troopers there, including 160 ground troops and a detachment of four UH-1H helicopters with 72 crew including pilots, aircrew and technicians.
The minister said he was 'heartened' to find out that morale among the Singaporeans there was high, and that they have been warmly received by the peacekeepers from other countries as well as the Timorese.
In Dili, Dr Tan also met Timor Leste Prime Minister Mari Alkatiri, Secretary of State for Defence Roque Rodrigues and the UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Mr Kamalesh Sharma.

What can we further expect from the Malaysian Government ?
My expectations that a "Possible Reasonable Leader" from their Third Generation can be reasonable is now sadly misplaced.
The UMNO Youth Leader, Hishammudin Hussein is now talking in the same style of "Double Speak" - that seems to be a common trait with the Malaysian Malay Political Leaders.
First, he performed with great eloquent magnamity, in calling for BOTH Kuala Lumpur and Singapore to stop all accusations and let the International Court of Justice to resolve the Pedra Branca issue.
Within a Second, he perform the Malaysian Malay "Art of Double Speak", by saying that the Malaysian Marine Police and Navy should be allowed to patrol the waters off Pedra Branca, and that Singapore should not kick up a fuss.
This seems to be more of a mental handicap, then a physical one, of having a "Fork Tongue"; and seemingly practised into a fine art of hypocritical behaviour to the gullible Malaysian Malay audience.
If the Malaysian Marine Police and Navy has been patrolling with such "administrative efficiency" off the waters of Pedra Branca - in as long a time, as our Singapore Navy and Marine Police has been doing - why bother even to speak that they "SHOULD BE ALLOWED" to do so.
The illogical and contradiction of their speeches somehow never seem to be caught by their simple minded kampung folks, who hold these leaders in such high esteem.
Truly, the "Blind leading the Blind" into ignominy.
Little wonder that they need slogans such as "Malaysia Boleh" to keep their drive up, whichever blind alley they go into.
With an objective that inspire them towards a 2020 Vision, it is little wonder that they can be so blind to such Leaders whom they can be struck with awe and admiration. -

Strange, to think we've been apparently "violating" their waters since the RSN was set up... typical of Malaysian policy, redrawing the lines wherever they want. Not surprised if Singapore was weak enough, they'll close one eye and absorb us... not gonna happen on my watch though.
On the under hand, Malaysia under Singapore rule is a lot better for the people of that country... Unfortunately they'll never allow a better standard of living and logic get in the way of their ego, chosing instead to grasp for flawed policies that only prosper them in the short run and then fail them badly later, after which they turn their shame and anger at their failure to Singapore. -
KL says navy patrols off Pedra Branca will go on
MALACCA -- Malaysia on Thursday said it would keep its naval ships on patrol missions in waters around the rocky islet of Pedra Branca.
Defence Minister Najib Razak said of the island, which Malaysia calls Pulau Batu Putih: 'We have a right to continue the patrols and these patrols conducted by Malaysia are not something new but have been going on since 1964.'
He was reacting to accusations by Singaporean Defence Minister Tony Tan that Malaysian vessels had recently intruded repeatedly into the waters around the island, which Singapore claims as its territory.
The island, which sits on the eastern entrance to the Straits of Singapore, is largely uninhabited. Singapore has exercised sovereign rights on the islet since the 1840s, when the British colonial government occupied it and constructed the Horsburgh Lighthouse there.
Malaysia, buoyed by its 2002 win in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) that awarded it two other islands also claimed by Indonesia, asserted its claim to Pedra Branca in the late 70s and again following its ICJ victory.
Mr Najib, speaking to the official Bernama news agency, said Malaysia had no intention of causing tension through the patrols.
'The patrols that we have conducted and will conduct are non-aggressive in that, for example, we don't show our cannons, missiles or radar,' he said.
Dr Tan told the Singapore Parliament on Monday: 'There were three violations by Malaysian state vessels over the last week of December. There were five more violations last week.
'In these incidents, the Malaysian vessels came close to Pedra Branca and conducted various activities,' he said, pledging that Singapore's navy would defend the country's sovereignty.
During a visit to Singapore troops stationed Timor Leste for a United Nations peacekeeping mission on Wednesday, he repeated his warning to Kuala Lumpur about staying away from the island.
The two countries have agreed to sign a pact to refer the dispute over the rocky outcrop on their maritime border to the ICJ on Feb 6. -- AFP

Brilliant idea of Najib, for stating that the Malaysian Patrol Vessels will sail with its radar eye switched off.
Lets invite the Nedllyod Container Ship that had some experience in slicing patrol boats before with our RSS Courageous, to make a return trip to slice one more out of the RMN.
It will be no fault of ours if one of our four LSTs should run into the RMN Patrol Vessels, since they have the brilliance to sail in the congested sea lanes with their radar turned off. -
Guess that their Defence minister is also a layman in such military affairs. In fact most of their ministers.

Well don't forget that the LST have a weak bow "with a Ramp", so a head-on collision will probably result in the loss of the LST.
Maybe it is worth it to exchange a old LST (ex-USD not RSS Endurance class) with a RMN Patrol Craft.
And then we should see whether their Patrol Craft are still afloat after the collision.
