Hmm...first you claim you singaporean, then you said "we" gonna announce fighter deal during LIMA 2003. And the only fighter deal I know gonna be announced there is Malaysia. MRCA is also operated by malaysia in this region...Gave yourself away?
I believe when they sign the documents. Malaysia had been known to announce "purchases", yet nothing come out of it. The truth is nobody likes palm oil as payment. Also malaysia got history of not honoring signed agreements
