Why issit that u guys lock up the topics on the apache downing and allied casualties? this is supposed to be a forum. anyone have their say on it... so give us a good reason on the locking.

I see no reason to close the threads Should Oscars go on despite war? Apache down and the american casualties.hence i reopen them again.Afterall, this is a public forum, pple should be given the freedom to express their views.Could all moderators seek the rest of the people's approval before you close threads again?

Yeah, i don't see why it should be closed. FWIW I think the current different threads here are ok for now, but if threads on the current war here get out of hand (too many threads discussing the same things etc) the moderators might have to step in. -
It is a great thing that the moderators stepped in to explain why some threads with regards to Gulf War 2 are deleted. However to my knowledge, the threads on "Scouts and Recce" and "Police Special Ops" have no bearing or so whatever on the war, so why were they still deleted?
