  next ndp march pass you guys can try to spot the pennent on the Commando battalion colours, the pennent says "Changi 199x"
  Only formation colours with a pennent i think since its the only one to face action.

  i wonder what is the criteria for SOF? some say it is horrendous. do they recruit ppl from any army unit or cdo only? me infantry.. regular

  saf periodically send invitations to saf personnels to try for the SOF and team delta. i can't say much but the physical criteria is damn siong if you know wat i mean. and that's just the entrance test. fail any of the test and you are out. if you are not among the top 5% and you are out.

  they recruit pple frm all walks of life...
  u have to go for the selection test..min 29 year n below
  Pes status i duno..think its Pes A
  after u pass the selection they will hand u a Cert sayin u gone thru n pass the selection..the cert got expiry date one...frm there u can decide if u wana join them..4 years onli..can quit anytime..
  during the old SAF day..they onli accept Cdos in SOF..but they realize they cant get enuff pple to join..dun say passing the selection..so they open up..anyone..even drivers..NSmen...

  During training SOF ppl are treated as scum....like really scum loh come back home sure got at least 1 injury.I know of 1 guy finish liao his SOF training came home with 1 pack of fried rice,hokkien mee and hor fun....ate all that up ALONE!!!But every1 in camp looks at them with alot more respect lah but still the training damn siong

  Team Delta is an unit in navy? similiar to SEALs right?
  Team Delta accepts onli divers or any personnel for selection?
