  i say Italy wins hands-down.........

  fancy them getting whipped by Ethiopians using bow and arrow in World War 2.........

  they were hopeless in World War 1 too.........

   

  these clown can design fancy clothes, cars and play football..............that's all.

  Considering there is no way to get empirical evidence for ANY claim of military incompetence and/or comparison scale of armies, as well as the fact that the OP is a well known troll, think it's best to just ignore this topic.

  The troll who started this thread doesn't get it. Countries that are useless in war don't exist anymore. More than enough cases of such in history.

  Troll also doesn't know history. Italy = Rome = once ruled the whole known world. Who does she think the Legions work for? No indication of timeframe too. And weasel's more than right. Some countries that WERE competent in war have also gone down the trashheap too, like the Holy Roman Empire, The Golden Horde, Rome, Sparta (yeah city state, not country, but you get it) Persia, etc. More recently, Germany almost got parceled out in WWII, Japan too, and you can hardly say they were incompetent.
