  any one got footrots? i ord 1 year plus liao, why still got.. any remedy for itt? can share?? i really buay tahan le.. thanks...!!

  I left mine alone for a month... okay le. U should see a doc... and DONT TOUCH IT.

  Always change your foot wear and socks. wipe clean your feet before wearing any footwear/socks. always wash your feet.

  Buy fungal infection cream straight away. Don't waste money seeing doctor.

  Before you wear your socks, good to powder your feet (with SAF powder preferably).

  Soak your leg in potassium pamaganate to dry up your patches. It'll sure peel in a week's time.

  Wah. I think I have serious foot rot during NS also.
  
  I think potassium permanganate works a bit.
  
  Other than that, can try some anti-fugal cream. I don't know if the one MO give is strong enough or not.
  
  Always try to keep your feet dry. (Science fact: The feet can sweat one cup of sweat a day. Don't know true or not)
  
  Powder.
  
  Wear slippers when possible. Socks make feet sweat.
  
  Pray.

  had realli serious foot rot last time while in ns.. had to see mo and got medication to apply and even antibiotics to eat.
  
  anyway after ord it subsided.
  
  make sure u clean ur feet esp in between ur toes, and make sure they r dry b4 putting on socks and shoes. air ur feet often. put powder on ur feet b4 u put on socks and shoes if need be. hopefully tt is enuff?

  huh? wad is potassium parmaganate?
  i never apply anything, the rot dry iteself.. often peel off easily.. and er.. got those "bubble" inside wor.. always take a scissors and pin to pop it burst.

  Alway wear socks when wearing shoes...

  Ouch. Foot rot is ugly business. I agree that keeping your feet dry is REALLY important. It sounds pretty bad. Go see a doctor before something gets too badly infected.
