  Hi I currently own a Pte Ltd company but enlisting soon am I allow to keep the company under my name when I am in NS. Although not much profit I want to keep the name of the company need some advice .

  Just close it down la, and celebrate the completion of a good game. Can always restart the business after ORD.

  You can retain legal ownership of the company and its assets, even if you aren't managing it 24/7 due to NS commitments.

  This is one downside of NS. High time the government instituted a Singaporeans First policy across the board and stop selling the country out to foreigners.
