  Now, I'm not sure if they open to public to sign on. During my time, when it was first formed, they recruited the first batch of soldiers from my unit.
  
  Actually it's not that secretive since I saw a photograph/article in Pioneer magazine about them.
  
  I was there for the briefing they gave us when they came to recruit people. Although they say the unit is not an operational unit, I have the impression it's a DEVGRU kind of unit. Their training, I think, is tougher than commandos.

  yes i know. What i am trying to say is that A21DF is not all about peacekeeping. Ppl confused abt that.

  Of course they are combat ready lar... all regulars.
  
  They are cross train a lot, between, infantry n guards. Basically they are Air Land Sea capable.
  
  If I am not wrong, according to what the recruiting officer told me, they are used for o'seas deployment. Which means they get to see the world more. hahAha. Which means they are ripe targets for extremists by wearing the bright blue UN helmet.
