M16 default no scope what. He's correct. -
the rifle, was a customized version of the remington 700 series(looks more like a confiscated airsoft rifle from the S'pore customs warehouse), long bolt action series. if u noticed, the scene when the sniper mades it first shot was quite unrealistic. He forget to take out the scope covers (to protect the scope lens from dust, sand..etc) before pulling the trigger. U mean he is so accurate to hit a target with a coveres scope blocking his aiming ? power sia
Its quite stupid. He was also shown loading quite a "few" rounds of bullets into a typical m16 ammo magazine. hmm, doesn't look right either. 
The sniper rifle he was using had a 4-5 internal mag capacity. The bad guys in the warehouse were using Glocks , my guess would be either Glock 17 or 19. I did saw a Browning HP in one of the recent espisode. Cheers !

Actually the Frontline show is correct. It is suicidal to attack military targets like Naval Base. Key installations like government buildings and embassies are also very well guarded. Try meddling around with the Gurkha guards. Civilian targets are more easy and will achieve the same impact. -

What a waste man .. 10 Aug episode was a heart stopper.
You got see people play cs chiong wih arctic or scout .. basically like this lor .. then our hero Mike uses handgun .. hahaha ... still can tiok headshot without looking .. he king la.
Also someone died, the first death from the sniper. Maybe you can guess that person.
The next episode hor ... is basically a cs map. Hostage rescue. Hahah .. maybe Mike chiong with handgun again. -

You know what, at least Mike should put on a Bullet proof vest and maybe a sidekick can hand him a MP5. Since he is the Hero, he won't need to wear a helmet and visor and do not need to carry spare magazines for his MP5.

Nope, in the ad, we could see Mike or whoever cocking the M16. Very obvious as we can see front grip as well.
Hmm, SOF use M4 like a bit dangerous hor. After all it's still a hostage operation, not purely taking out terrorists. -

and one thing.. they show singaporeans like super apathetic and cool and calm.. the who's sis kanna shot by sniper near a busstop. pple started gathering around her body and pointing and looking, and no one did anything else! as if they looking at some exhibit! i would imagine if there were past sniper incidents and someone got shot nearby, ppl will be scrambling like mad for safety! instead they start to congregate and stil dun wan to call police or ambulance! the sniper should haf killed them all man. instead he had to wait for the police to arrive and go and shoot the female officer on her ANKLE! aw... sniper leh..
