No PTP ord earlier???

  As above. Is it when you pass your NAPFA with a silver, you get to ORD earlier than those who failed their NAPFA and went in for the PTP?

  Depends on when both of you are enlisted. The PTP enlisted in dec can still beat you if you are enlisted in April.
  
  Calculate this way. I assume you not PTP. PTP will serve 2 months more than you (they serve either 2 year or 2 year 6 months). However, PTP BMT is only 16 weeks, which is 6 weeks more than your BMT. Assuming he enlisted earlier, but both of you POP on same day (subsequently enter your new unit on same day). He will ORD 2 weeks later than you 'cos 8 weeks (2 months) - 6 weeks = 2 weeks.

  Yup, that's assuming both enlisted into same batch, ie. they POP together.
  
  More precisely, it's enlisted 1.5 months earlier, 'cos PTP is 16 weeks, whereas normal BMT is 10 weeks.

  Oh so the duration of PTP is actually 6 weeks ah? Assuming 2 enlist together in the same BMT batch, the one who went in after his ptp, will ORD 2 weeks later then the one who never go PTP and went for the same BMT intake?

  Your reply about going in after PTP sounds confusing, but I think you got it right.
  
  Here's a real-life example. Dates are not very accurate, but roughly.
  
  John enlisted around late Feb 2000. He PTP batch one. I enlisted on April 5 2000, non-PTP batch. We POP on same day, around June 10. And we go same unit.
  
  Fast forward ...
  
  I ORD on Aug 4 2002 (2 year 4 months). John ORD on Aug 22, 2002 (2 years 6 months).
