troop movements are considered restricted INFO?

In SAF, almost everything is restricted. You see their paper almost all have restricted headers and footers.

last mono 5SIR's men and specs did their job well. i believe it's their CO and S2 that let the whole unit down. those who were there would know. is that commando still your RSM? -
