i just wanna if anu one has any thing on this:
I am currently doing my BSLC in SISPEC. Thinking of signing in with MP unit.
Few things i wanna find out:
Whats the job scope like?
The training?
Is it worth it to sign for mp?

Based on the recruitment brochure some years back, one of the duties of MP during wartime is interrogation of PoWs.

in provost u do peacetime mp ops, similar to police duties except tat it onli involves military personnel... for example like investigations, patrols, guard duties, oso got drills, etc.... as for training(do mp ops) which its 3mth long then promote 3sg...

DONT LA...I think the vocation pay is too low, might as well go for higher vocation pay arms such as signals or something else. m new at this forum.
if i didn't forget,the vocation pay was the same as the Guards vocation during my time as NSF in SAFPU from 93 to 95.But I can confirm it is higher than an infantry man.

My point is, if you want to sign on, why go for the lesser pay one. And if you are passionate about policing, then why not join the police force or CNB?
