TVD is collating the deaths that have occured in SAF. Does anyone know of any deaths that occured?
no matter how long ago, besides the recent 3 servicemen and the RSS Courageous incident. . .
i'm not affiliated to TVD in anyway, just helping in a small way on something i think is pretty meaningful, considering the fact that little info comes out of mindef anyway. . . (or at least, it seems little)
i dun see this as a SAF whacking project, must still bear in mind what someone on funkygrad forums said. . ., SAF has had considerably few accidents for a force its size. . .
although it may be due to the small number of servicemen actually doing service at any one time since the majority are not full-time nsmen. . .
Alot le....but mostly covered one..........like the tekong i last time one obese recruit died from falling down the building, one found dead during the grenade handling course...all in tekong............one batch ago one commit suicide bleed to death.....one kena fever 40 over degree but dunno survivie in the end or not...
Once I heard from a former MP who was perm staff in ROC, he said tat he was able to access to many of the accident files that had happen there. His office suppose to do the initial investigation including taking many of the gruesome pictures of dead soldiers due to overturn vehicles especially those abt tankees, some with flated head etc.
As you know,armour has one of the highest accident rate in ROC.
