Bloody Shambles Volume I/II by Shores/Cull/Izawa (Grub Street Books)The story of the air war over SouthEast Asia. Starts just before the war, and covers the air war over the Philippines, Malaya, Singapore, Dutch East Indies, Ceylon (Sri Lanka). Burma and the Darwin/Broome raids. Hardcover I just saw it at Kinokuniya yesterday (Sunday) and it costs about S$99 per volume. A little on the expensive side (I got mine for A$75 in Melbourne) but worth the read.
