Army Ghost Story

Hi ppl............ jus a short intro lar.......... I m currently in Sispec.... taking BSLC.......... jus sharing some stories which i have heard fm frends n my warrant officers here.........
1) I used to be from BMTC sch 2...... Viper coy...... basically, the blk is said to be a bit "dirty". My platoon toilet is quite famous for it.... my PS used to be in the same plat when he was a recruit and he even told us tat he wud never ever used the toilet there after some bad experience! B4 our PS told us tis tink, 1 of my bunk mate wud always tell us tat he wud always heard some1 knocking on to tinks in the toilet in the middle of the nite...... n some of us even hear our walls being hit at in the middle of the nite some times......
2) My 1WO in Sispec told us tat there was once, there was tis coy having a Nite ops in Tekong several yrs back... Sudd, they were contacted by a gp of soldiers...... Wad was most scary was that this gp of soldiers who contacted them were Japanese soldiers! Wad was veri amazing was tat the "enemys" actually had rounds with them n when our soldiers were kena shot, they cud feel an icy cold feeling........ Tis stori like a bit ridiculous.... but tis was actually wad my Warrant told us..... don noe true otr not lar....... But i have act heard my PS from BMTC sae tat the Spinx Bridge area is a bit dirty......
3) Tis happens when my current PTI in Sispec was doing hes Gypsy ex....... Basically, tis exercise require us to walk around tekong, in day n nite to look for checkpoints........ My PTI sae tat there was tis CP tat was quite close to a stream, n after finding the CP at nite, they cud not found the road which had lead them up to the CP....... Eventually they manage to come out from the area...Aniway, if there were Old bird from Sispec here, i m sure they wud have exp a lot of tinks esp when they are doing the Gypsy.......
4) btw, my warrant oso told us some stories tat happen at Eastern Pier in Tekong........ basically..... the whole of Tekong is scary! but in the day, i mus sae tat the place is actually quite serene..... -

Thank god i only spent 1 month at Rocky Hill. hehehe... I still like Pasir Laba. so nostalgic.
Don't worry 2383, I don't think Rocky Hill got hantu lah. So new there, barely 4yrs old only. IF got hantu, then suay loh, the hantu go to Rocky Hill to rest. hehehehe...
Anyone see muslim cemetary in tekong before? If I didn't remember wrongly, I walked by some during some exercise in Tekong. That part really eerie.. near some reservoir i think. -

I have some short descriptions....
During my bmt, it is said that the lower levels of my coy was "dirty".
Some fellow recruits would see a guy in full battle order in the middle of the night sitting in the room... til one night a white figure appear right infront of this recruit and he screamed (the next day ppl were asking about anybody heard a scream). He ran crying to the sergeant's bunk and a sergeant would slp in his section for the following nights. The thing is it happen to the last mono too...
While my friend was doing guard duty at 2-4am, he encountered a lady voice singing chinese song at a checkpoint which is right beside a golf course. It is very unlikely that someone is there....
lastly, the arrangement of the platoons of alpha and bravo is from below to top Pl1, 2 and 3, Pl4, 5 and 6 while charlie is from top to bottom, Pl7, 8 and 9. The story is that ppl kept seeing the ghost of this guy who jump from the top floor of charlie coy... and the arrangement was changed to confuse the ghost. -

My platoon did a delibrate attack. After that we were talking cock when my sergeant say while he was doing fire and movement, he came upon a chinese tomb. Sometimes you will see a single tomb beside the track. Is permantang in tekong dirty?

yea.........there r indeed cemetries around tekong........ once, 1 of my warrant sae tat while at Eastern Pier, he dreamt tat a lady actually kissed him on his lips, n he cud do notink bout it! next morning, when he woke up, his man actually told him tat there were 2 tombs further up the road!
From my sergents told mi, Unum is the place which is haunted....... our WO oso try to avoid doing nite exercise at the area 2........... -
Ya, my serg told us too that the rubber plantation is haunted. During my advance infantry training, most of the time our conc area is there. Heard from a friend back in 88, that time still no SISPEC but SAFINCOS, guy having 7 day exercise in Tekong, whole section , yes the whole section saw a lady in white float pat the row of palm trees. But they were too tired to even bother about it, just checked that everyone is okay and moved on.

Saw with my own eyes. SBMT March Batch 1990. While marching to cookhouse for dinner one evening, saw all officers and NCOs of Hotel company burn paper money in a rubbish bin in front of COY line. Word was that the beds were moving by themselves with recruits sleeping or sitting on it.

Oh about Pontianak, I was about 10-12 yrs old. Cant remember that well. Used to take the BUS No. 61 or 63?? from Holland Road to Lucky Towers on Grange Road to visit my friend. Those were the days when 61/ 63 is a smaller bus that dont have doors and is empty most of the time. On a couple of occasions, I noticed a Malay lady who always wore traditional clothes and tie a bund with her hair taking the same bus. She wasnt pretty, I remembered thinking that she had a face of a horse. She always got on the bus before and after my stops. And being young and "silly" during that time, I always had a strong feeling that she wasnt human.
Anyway, since I had a bus card then, I use to take any bus that goes to the bus stop along Botanic Gardens to change any other buses that came along to go to Grange Road - to save time. One day, I was doing the same routine when I noticed that she was also on a non-61/63 bus. I had this strange feeling that she was following me and I know it because when I deliberately alighted at one the stop that is "less popular" most of the time along the stretch of the road. She followed me down the bus! I ran as fast as I could to Marco Polo hotel. From then onwards, I never took the bus again. To go to my friend's house, I detour by taking 191 to Lido Cinema and change a bus or cab to Grange Road.
But you know what, I am now 34 years old and I still can visual her face and clothes. -

lol....whoever going to Service the nation soon in tekong!Dont do stupid thing sometimes curiousity can kill hehe and hope none of you are in Echco company.Its one of the most spooky places around.
