  either way, then waht is the model used by the other guy?

  The Moisin-Nagant M91/30 Sniper Rifle was used by the Russian.
  The Kar98K Turret Mount Sniping Rifle was used by the German.

  Note :98K Mauser in world war 2 is a short pattern . the long pattern is in world war 1 ..... as for the russia : is mosin nagant 1891/30

  hence the K98K and not K98.....i do prefer the damn ww1 version....looks nicer
