  that joke about the light-house i a damn old joke liao... i remembered receiving it in my e-mail years ago... WAY before the RSN Courageous.
  
  we're not that important and the Courageous as much of a big deal as it was a big loss of face and a minor loss of lives (may they rest in peace).

  I'm not being overly sensitive, I'm afraid of those who are overly sensitive who will say crap like "here we have four of our lovely servicewomen sleeping with the fishes and here you are posting such jokes". Anyway there are bound to be anal rententive weirdos in cyberspace who can link any two unrelated incidents together.
  
  btw, I've also heard of this old carrier/warship vs lighthouse joke eons ago, just that this is the first time someone made a short clip about it.... cheers

  Nice one! And a not very subtle dig at the "arrogant" Americans (i.e., from the European perspective). Actually, the same "story" (i.e., urban legend) has been making it's rounds in cyberspace for a very long time. One version goes:
