Anyway, I pose this question; what do you all think of the standard of RSAF pilots to those of European airforces that operate F16s? And if possible, discuss those air forces methods in recruitment. Air forces like the Koninklijke Luchtmacht, Belgische Luchtmacht, Flyvevåbnet and the Kongelige Norske Flyvåpen are what I have in mind. -

I'm not sure if you can do a direct comparison between air forces, even if they operate the same aircraft. The role they assign the aircraft type may be different, as may the way their command and control structure works - some air forces are more tied to ground control than others. Especially in the case of the latter point, recruitment methods and priorities may be necessarily different. still, it's an interesting question. -
Very well, as much as we would like to carry on, this forum is a public one, and the debates conducted here must be carried out for the benefit of the majority, in that, both of us have obviously been ignorant. Not too much of a point on my part repeatedly kicking people when they already are down anyway.
