  Wondering if you guys have any info on comparisons between the battleships of the inter-war period.I need it for my thesis. Many thanks in advance.

  Interesting stuff,I found out about BBs.The German Naval Staff actually drew up plans to build 144,000 tons super BBs armed with 10 20in guns.O

  No point, the battleship already outdated then.
  
  David and Goliath. While the battleship can easily destroy anything within its reach, nimbler, smaller and more elusive sytems with longer range can stay out of harms way and all the while the battleship remains vulnerable.

  Not surprising....since those buggers took a 8inch naval gun or something like that and put in on a tank.....a massive 200ton tank....
  Oh and while the BB is outdated the ability that it has is still needed!
