What does the singapore infantry brigade do i really wonder.... There are infantry regiments almost everywhere, does that mean they are all control by this 1 organisation????

an infantry brigade is made up of 3 infantry battalions (or infantry regiments).
that simple.eg. 3SIB is made up of 2SIR and 5SIR and one reservist battalion. -

Is there any arty Bn organic to the SIB? I thought in the past there will be one 120mm mortar Bn organic to the SIB other then the 3 Inf Bns.
There is no Arty Brigade in the Singapore Div but I think the Div Arty formation is a brigade level formation. -

When we said 1 SIR, the correct term is 1st Battalion of the Singapore Infantry Regiment. Similarly 40 SAR is 40th Battalion of the Singapore Armor Regiment. And 20 SA, 1 Cdo, 30 SCE etc etc etc.
Singapore follow the British system. One regiment will have one or more Battalions. In Singapore case, the men from one regiment will share a common set of berets, green/khahi, black and also the different “flag” and crest and maybe even motto. The Regiment will also serve as an “Administrative HQ” etc HQ Infantry, HQ Amour and take charge of training, doctrine and planning etc. However, the Regiment is not suppose to be a “field command”. So you won’t have a S3 HQ Infantry or whatever, maybe you will have a “Training Officer, Planning Officer etc etc etc.
In the past, in British Army (maybe waterloo days), the Brigade/Division or higher formation are loosely formed and the Battalions will only be grouped together temporary.
If you think Singapore’s regimental structure is confused, you should look at the British army’s website and there are so many regiments, “Black Watch” “Scots Guards” “Welsh Guards” and so on…..
Initially the Singapore ArmyÂ’s Division is also loosely organized and are classified as nominal Division rather then full division. But after a few rounds of reorg, they are now suppose to be a complete combined arms division.
However for the Singapore Army, each Battalion will fall under a “Field command” whereby they are expected to be fall under in operational condition. Eg 1st SIR might be under 10 SIB etc etc.

Whatever is the case, we, the "red spot" in the map, will always be a force to be reckon with. We will make sure our enemies will pay a high price if they dare to conquered us!

But as you said we the "red spot" so there isn't really anything to gain like land or oil or resources by conquering us in the first place other than controlling natural trade waterway junction.
And if someone does make a grab, we dun really have to do much others will defend us or at least fight off the attacker because what happens to this waterway affects the liveblood of others in the region. Put it another way It is in everyones best interest that we survive.
If anything the would be attacker is more afraid of us then we of them.
