in this image, it shows a J-10 carrying mavericks like missile, anybody knows if russians have copies of mavericks? -
That clearly is a photoshop product. It was supposed to be an F-16 carrying the mavericks.

Newscientist.com recently reported that the PRC is developing a stealth fighter aircraft. Development of the fighter's engines and weapons systems has begun at the Shenyang Aircraft Corporation in northeast China. Photos show a model of a twin-engine aircraft, dubbed the J-X, similar in appearance to the F-22, though with angular features similar to those of the 20-year-old F-117 Nighthawk, and with a non-reflective coating, according to Janes Defence Week.
China has also recently developed another fighter, the J-10 (Chengdu Aircraft Industrial Corp.), which is comparable to the US’ F-16, although this has not been officially unveiled, according to The Asia Times. Chinese engineers are said to have developed the J-10 in as a hybrid of the F-16 – one of which was supplied by Pakistan – and the Israeli Lavi fighter, cancelled in 1987. It is reportedly equipped with Israeli and Russian avionics and the AI31F turbofan engine from Russia. The J-10's radar and fire control system is reportedly the Israeli-made ELM-2021 system, which can simultaneously track six air targets and maintain a weapons lock on four. The plane is said to have capabilities similar to the Su-27, the Russian MiG-29 as well as the F-16, but with an estimated cost of less than $10 million, it could rival other jet makers on the international market.

I think more likely in future china will be a conduit for cheap and pretty sophisticated arms to either third world or poorer countries like african/middle east/DPRK as well as embargoed countries.

I would hesitate to dismiss everything the Chinese built as rubbish. -
the most serious damage the chinese did was to give nuclear weapons design away. iran, libya, pakistan and north korea can trace their nuclear facilities to china.

The pic of of J-10. It looks like a cross-breed between a JA-37 Viggen (canards) and a F16 (inlet). But the inlet look more steathly....

Ah yes, the J-10:
According to this website (http://www.sinodefence.com/airforce/aircraft/fighter/j10.asp): "The original design of the J-10 was based on the cancelled Israel Aviation Industry (IAI) Lavi lightweight fighter. China and Israel started collaboration in the early 1980's and full-scale co-operation was underway by 1984. After the 1987 cancellation of the Lavi programme, its design was taken over by the CAC [Chengdu Aircraft Industry Corporation], and the IAI carried on with the development of avionic equipment..." (There's much more.)
Another websource (http://home.iae.nl/users/wbergmns/info/j10.htm) indicates an earlier (cancelled) delta-canard incarnation called the J-9 designed by Shengyang Aircraft Industry Co. that was based on the Mig-23--and--the Viggen (a little hard to believe, actually; unless the Swedes are really a lot more 'neutral' than I imagined them to be--even in the 60s!)
But there definitely are resemblances to the Lavi:
The Lavi itself is, of course, much more obviously influenced by the F16. On the other hand, the J-10's intake is definitely Typhoon like; thought the slight 'hump' just behind the cockpit is somewhat Su-27-ish (below):
In other words, there's a bit of everything here: zhong guo ren, yang yang do...yao!
