  I heard one teacher talking to another teacher about this. They said something about do head Push-ups on stone pavement, do until so tired also don't care just drop dead.

  it is the vocation allowance. that is they dun get back paid anymore. Straight away they get the allowance on top of their basic rank pay. That was in 1999. Maybe they abolished it.
