Ask your friends what its like. Yes the money's a big draw, but do you know what are the drawbacks? Last time i was a recruit at BMTC, tell u those recruitment personnel just keep psychoing how much money we will earn if sign on so and so. But nothing will change my mind loh. I've seen regulars who go thru alot of sh|t and i feel i am damn lucky.Originally posted by kyoce:i had friends signing on and they r getting a lot of $$$...i only have a dipolma, dunnoe what to do in the future...
I dunnoe hows it is in the army also...
advise??~!
Every vocation got its tough things one lah, like it or not. Even the simplest tasks can be the sh|tt|est. Paperwork is easy, but its sh|tty to some, don't you think?Originally posted by kyoce:My friend had sign on but is not in the army yet...what will we do in the army, i am thinking of becoming a signal specialist...It will not be so tough after BMT right??
I rather it be harder to find a job than to have a good-paying job and no life. No, being in the army is more than running around with a gun. You learn lots about life and even office politics. No, I'm not kidding.Originally posted by kyoce:Yar, i agree...but what is army life all abt? running around with a gun...I also agree tt signing on is a big thing, 1 mistake can hinder ur future greatly...
but it may be a good option as dipolma holders are finding it hard to find a job..>~!~!
yeah agree.. so many friends around become more mature than ever after this. but oh well, different people different personalities. doesn't apply to all..Originally posted by ditzy:I rather it be harder to find a job than to have a good-paying job and no life.
