Rules of engagement for SOF/STAR

  u see how the spatnez do during the hostage taking in a musical house....they gas the hwole place...end up some people passed away due to the effects of the gas...communist leh...

  So it's as if STAR troopers have a tougher mission requirement posed to them. Maybe they should be given the priority for stand-off non-LOS, non-lethal weapons over SOF, but SOF need the most armour they can get. Should strive for the realisation of power-assisted armoured exoframes for SOF then.

  if the STAR need to come out for action, whoever going to meet them can say good bye. But if the SOF mission is to capture key pax, he will not kill also.
  So the rules of engagement for both is the same STK. unless they are to capture key pax.

  i would prefer shoot to kill since chance has been given to surrender...
  for the SOF wise....also shoot to kill since u r on foreign land/water...no use let pple live since they saw u... kill them before they make noise and alert pple...
