  My friend same aged as me received the Limited Edition Navy Stikfas toy figure from the army. Why I didn't receive?

  the navy wants to get O level grads to consider a career in the navy. so they entice us into joining them with stikfas. they sent me a stikfas figure of a mistral launcher operator.
