ICT Briefing can wear civilian cloth?

Going for my first ICT Briefing soon. 8am - 12pm. The letter say report in full uniform, but some of my friends say no need to.
So can wear civilian cloth or not? And will they nothing better to do go around catch long and colour hair? -

CO where got time unless he is super on type, else will be those NS type asst. S1. You may call out to find up to be on the safe side -

not much difference if you book in in civilian. -
For my unit - anything to do with ICT, including briefing means dressing in smart 4 with beret.
I think it depends on the individual unit. -
I went for mine in Jan and saw some came in civi.
Reason given was that they need to rush back to work after the briefing, no time to change. -
My NS unit CO lagi best....wear Civilian too so wat do you think we wear?......
I think depend on your unit lah...like my case we got letter to tell us to "book in in civilian attire"
