Singapore's Air Force has begun weapons tests at Woomera in South Australia's outback.
Members of the Singapore Air Force started arriving in Woomera late last week for an exercise codenamed Kujarra.
It has not been revealed what the exercise involves, but it is not the first time they have visited the outback town.
In the past the Singaporeans have conducted live firing exercises of their Rapier surface-to-air missile system in the region.
It is believed the air force will be in Woomera until at least Thursday, when they will watch an explosives trial being conducted by the Australian Defence Department in conjunction with a number of other countries.
Five tonnes of explosives will be detonated alongside a variety of residential and industrial buildings to see how they withstand such a blast.
