Best Combat Unit 2004

  Anybody knows or got infos on who is the Best Combat Unit for the 3 services in SAF this year?
  Heard that RSS Vengeance is the RSN's Best Ship for 2004. As the Excellence Shield had just being painted on her, which signify the Best Ship. Anybody knows which is the BCU for rsaf and army?
